Steve Stritton started DJing in late 1996 as a hobby. Steve's first taste of pirate radio came in November the following year when he took up the offer of a weekly show on Essex pirate, Indulgence fm, which he maintained for almost a year. Steve joined Erotic in September 1998 and also played on Essex pirate Klass fm. In March 1999 Steve teamed up with Scott Riches and DJ NJ to promote the 'Essential Grooves' events held at the Celler Bar, RM1 and 'Sweet Sensations' under 18s event held at 'The Nite Club', Shannon Centre. Mostly playing Garage on radio, but in later days he played Old Skool, Hardcore, 80's Soul Classics, and a touch of Funky House in his very own unique style.
Also having a short stay on Southend pirate Pulse (no relation to the original hardcare Pulse) and Drum & Bass station Industry. Steve joined Londons Passion fm in october 2003 ,since leaving he has now landed a Thursday night drive time 5 til 8 pm show on Award winning Eruption101.3 fm. worth a listen if you like the classics! Steve has also played for some of the biggest promoters on the underground dance scene including Juicy, One Night Stand, Pure Old Skool, Promised Land, Funkin You ,London's Sexiest and Dance Explosion.
